OBSERVED COOKED NOODLES AND STRAWBERRY OCTETTE DRINK MADE IN HOUSE STORED IN REACH IN COOLER WITH NO DATE-MARKING. TO MINIMIZE THE CHANCE OF CAUSING A FOOD-BORNE ILLNESS, ENSURE THAT ALL TEMPERATURE/ CONTROLLED FOR SAFETY FOODS MADE AND STORED ON THE PREMISES ARE DATED FOR NO MORE THAN SEVEN CALENDAR DAYS USING THE DAY OF PRODUCTION AS DAY NUMBER-ONE
THE PERSON IN CHARGE DATE MARKED THE ITEMS FOR SIX-DAYS MINUS THE DAY THAT ITEMS WERE PRODUCED ON THE PREMISES.
