| Received a complaint stating "It has been 3 weeks since the garbage from Tapatia Taqueria has been removed. They had a very nice fence built to enclose the dumpsters. But is being filled to the brim! We can see the bags over the top of fence! They do, what seems to be, a good business so the amount of garbage taken out daily is adding up quickly. The smell is disgusting and engulfs my property when we are down wind! The flies are terrible and who knows what the liquid oozing out is! At the beginning of August the garbage sat for 2 weeks before it was removed. The garbage removal company had to drag several bags out of the enclosed area before 2 adult males were being able to get the dumpsters out to empty them. This time will be even worse!! This is very gross and unsanitary. I am very worried about rats and roaches. Tapatias Taqueria Page 3 of 3 Please have something done ASAP!!!". In today's inspection sanitarian in discussion with management the dumpster area inside the enclosure was being contained until this past week. Sanitarian observed contained large trash bags were accumulated to on the ground due to professional waste collecting has been delayed. Management informs waste collection has been arranged for immediate pick-up thru tomorrow 9-8-2023 at the very latest. In addition, the GM says also at that time he will forward photo's of this pick-up. Note: Central exterminating performs the monthly exterminating application. The phone number is 1-216-771-0555. |
