INFORMED PIC THAT THE METHOD OF WASH, RINSE, SANITIZE, THEN AIR DRIED IS THE PROPER WAY TO CLEAN ALL KITCHEN EQUIPMENT. PROCESS WAS STOPPED IMMEDIATELY ONCE PIC WAS INFORMED.
