Critical Food in contact with an unclean surface or linens. Provide a clean, sanitary surface to hold foods. Observed single use plastic cup to scoop up popcorn. Gloves must be worn if this single use cup or provide a utensil which can be washed, rinsed and sanitized to scoop popcorn.

Outdoor refuse areas were not properly constructed. Observed dumpster resting on plywood in a grassy area. Provide solid surface that is curbed and grated to drain.
