Comments
MET WITH OWNER AND STATED THAT HE IS GOING TO SELL THE BUSINESS. OBSERVED THE CONDENSATE LINE FROM THE ICE MAKER THAT LEADS TO THE BASEMENT. THE CONDENSATE LINE IS PROPERLY AIR - GAPED. HOWEVER, THE FOOD EMPLOYEE THAT OPERATES IN THE KITCHEN DOES NOT HAVE THE OHIO LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATION (ONLY SERVE SAFE). THE KITHCEN HAD NOT BEEN IN OPERATION SINCE EARLY 2020 (AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PANDEMIC). I LEFT A COPY OF THE EMPLOYEE HEALTH POLICY TO BE SIGNED BY THE FOOD EMPLOYEE. THE NONFUNCTIONAL LOW-BOY COOLER WAS PLACED ON THE MARKET TO BE SOLD. THEREFORE, MORE THAN LIKELY THE KITCHEN WILL NOT BE IN OPERATION.
