In regards to the complaint investigation compliant findings in regards to the proper application of single-use gloves and paper ice-cream cone wraps in a good preventitive of cross contamination. Note: CDPH informed staff of all food handler employees are to properly apply hair restraints as observed and communicated to be required.

Note: the building exterminating performs the monthly exterminating application.
