SANITARIAN GAVE AN APPLICATION TO THE SERV SAFE CLASSES AT CDPH AND INFORMED THE OWNER, SHERRY, THAT YOU MUST REGISTER FOR A CLASS AND SHOW PROOF OF PAYMENT THAT SHE IS REGISTERED FOR ONE NEXT YEAR. THIS IS OF PARAMOUNT IMPORTANCE. CURRENT PHONE NUMBER IS: 440-223-9054. ALSO, SANITARIAN NOTES THAT THERE WAS A VERY STRONG ODOR OF CIGARETTES INSIDE THE BAR ALONG WITH TEN (10) ASHTRAYS WHICH HAD ASHES IN IT. THIS IS IN VIOLATION OF THE "NO SMOKING" LAWS IN PLACE IN THE STATE OF OHIO.
