| AT TIME OF INSPECTION THERE WAS NO SEWAGE SMELL. THE SEWER DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN OUT TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM FROM THE STREET; HOWEVER THE ISSUE ACCORDING TO WHAT THE OWNER STATED IS STILL AN ISSUE IN THE BASEMENT ON THE TENANTS SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE SEWER DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN CALL TO COME BACK TO REASSESS THE REPAIRS THEY MADE PREVIOUSLY. |
