Observed raw eggs and raw bacon stored above ready to eat foods in the reach in cooler. To prevent the growth of pathogens that may cause a foodborne illness, raw animal products shall be stored according to the minimum cooking requirements. NOTE: The operator stated that raw eggs are used for food the staff.
