Observed a food employee put a raw hamburger patty on the grill then put on a new pair of gloves without washing their hands. Observed a food employee go to the juice area and put on a pair of gloves without washing their hands.

Critical Handwashing sink not accessible. There is a lexan container full of corn chips next to the handsink on the line and the lid has been taken off and put into the sink.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are unclean. The inside the left ice box is soiled. Empty, wash, rinse and sanitize before making ice. The can opener tip is soiled.

Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature. Quinoa was 45F goat cheese 46F, and Kim chi was 42F in the drawer of a sandwich block on the line. The lettuce in the top of the burger station was 57F.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Improper storage of poisonous or toxic materials. Steramine tablets and Shelia Shine are stored over clean dishes by the three compartment sink.

Critical Repeat Fresh juices packaged without proper labeling. There is no warning label on the bottles of juice packaged on site. Discontinue selling until labels are on the containers. It may not be sold off site until Townhall has been licensed as a wholesaler for the juice.

3717-1-05.3(C) / Sewage and other liquid waste: Backflow prevention.
Critical Direct connection between the sewage system and a drain originating from equipment in which food, portable equipment, or utensils are placed. There is no air gap between the drain line for the prep sink and drain it goes into.

3717-1-04.2(A) / Equipment - cooling, heating, and holding capacities.
Inadequate equipment available for cooling, heating or holding food. Based on the quantity of food prepared in the kitchen and the temperature violations on 3 of the coolers on the line, the items are not allowed to cool properly before they are put on the line. Reduce menu, or increase cooler space and use a blast chiller.

Working food containers not properly labeled. Working containers on the line were not labeled.

Improper storage of food items. Food is stored on the floor in the freezer.

Improper use and/or maintenance of wiping cloths. Dry wiping clothes are used throughout service and the raw are soiled. This is not the use of a dry wiping cloth.

Corrected During Inspection No sanitizer test kit available. There are no test strips for the chlorine.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Juice area counters are soiled. The shelf by the juice three compartment sink is soiled. The outside of food containers are soiled after being washed, rinsed and sanitized. There are food storage containers that are soiled on the outside.

Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. All of the non food contact surfaces on the line, door gaskets and areas around then, can opener holder, handsinks and the dish area is soiled.

Plumbing system not properly maintained or repaired. The faucet at the three compartment sink in the juice area leaks.

Comments
Made an inspection in regards to garbage on the ground by the dumpster. The area was being cleaned up when I arrived. Due to the Monday holiday the service did not pick up the dumpster. On Tuesday it was picked up and it was being filled up again. There is some debris on the ground and it is being cleaned up.

III - Preventing Contamination by Hands: The hand washing sink(s) were not accessible for convenient use by employees.
