Facility does not have an employee with manager certification in food protection. OBSERVED NO PERSON WITH AN OHIO MANAGER CERTIFICATION IN FOOD PROTECTION.

Non-durable equipment observed. OBSERVED SMALL PREP HOLDING AT 48 DEGREES F.

Cleaning agents and/or sanitizers not available in the FSO or RFE. OBSERVED NO CHLORINE FOR SANITIZING DISHES AND UTENSILS.

I - P - Employee Health: The operation had an employee health policy on file. OBSERVED AN EMPLOYEE HEALTH POLICY ON FILE FOR ALL EMPLOYEES.

III - P - Preventing Contamination by Hands: Hand washing facilities are properly supplied. OBSERVED HANDWASHING SINKS ARE SUPPLIED WITH SOAP, PAPER TOWELS, HANDWASHING SIGNAGE, AND WARM WATER.

VII - Protection from Contamination: Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils were not being sanitized. OBSERVED NO APPROVED CHLORINE SANITIZER IN THE FACILITY AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION. IN ORDER TO PROPERLY CLEAN AND SANITIZE DISHWARE AND UTENSILS, AN APPROVED EPA REGISTERED CHLORINE BLEACH MUST BE AVAILABLE TO SANITIZE DISHES AND UTENSILS. PIC INSTRUCTED TO GET EPA REGISTERED CHLORINE BLEACH WITHOUT ADDITIVES OR FRAGRANCES.
