Comment: in regards to the kitchen expansion compliance findings at this time of inspection based on inspection and discussion with staff and the owner. In addition, minor maintenance for completion is available in section sixty two of this report and note the current license is to be adjusted to present the following three addresses 16700, 16700A, and 16700B on the Food Service operation license.

Hot holding creme basil was observed at 176 degrees fahrenheit with cold holding slice tomatoes at 37 degrees fahrenheit indicating a good temperature control in tcs, (time control safety), food monitoring.
