NO EVIDENCE OF PEST WAS IDENTIFIED AT TIME OF INVESTIGATION COMPLAINT #14492. THIS OPERATION IS COOLING AND REHEATING LEFT OVER FOOD TO GIVE AWAY TO THE HOMELESS THUS LICENSE WILL BE DOWN GRADE TO A LEVEL III NEXT YEAR.
