THE PIC DISCUSSED THE OPERATIONS PRACTICES WHEN STORING RAW FOOD PRODUCTS AND READY-TO-AT FOODS IN THE WALK-IN IN COOLER. THE STORAGE SHELVES WERE CLEAN AND MAINTAINED. THE FOOD PRODUCTS WERE DATEMARKED, PROPERLY ARRANGED ACCORDING TO MINIMUM COOKING REQUIREMENTS, AND STORED SEPARATELY TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION.

PROVIDED PIC WITH LEVEL II APPLICATION TO SUBMIT SERV SAFE CERTIFICATION TO THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR RECIPROCITY.CONSUMER ADVISORY WAS PROVIDED ON THE MENU, BUT AN ASTERISK IS NEEDED BY THE RAW/UNDERCOOKED FOOD ITEMS ON THE MENU (LUNCH, DINNER, CARRY-OUT) TO IDENTIFY THE FOOD ITEMS THAT ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE DISCLOSURE.
