Food thermometers are not accurate. OBSERVED A NON WORKING THIN PROBE FOOD THERMOMETER AT TIME OF INSPECTION. REPLACE THE BATTERY IN THE FOOD THERMOMETER. NOTE: THE FOOD THERMOMETER NEEDS A NEW BATTERY.
