TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION AND THE SPREAD OF FOOD BORNE ILLNESES THE PRESENCE OF INSECTS, RODENTS, AND OTHER PEST SHALL BE CONTROLLED TO MNIMIZE THEIR PRESENCE ON THE PREMISES BY ROUTINELY INSPECTING IMCOMING SHIPMENTS OF FOOD AND SUPPLIES; ROUTINELY INSPECTING THE PREMISES FOR EVIDENCE OF PEST. FOOD EMPLOYEE CLEANED AND SANITIZED WALK-IN COOLER FLOOR DURING THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION. PIC STATED THAT THEIR PEST CONTROL SERVICE VISITS TWICE A WEEK FOR INSPECTION AND BAITING.
