Critical Corrected During Inspection License holder did not require employee(s) to report symptoms, an illness diagnosed by a health care provider, or high risk situations as specified by law. OBSERVED NO WRITTEN EMPLOYEE ILL HEALTH POLICY.
To prevent the transmission of foodborne illnesses, the license holder shall require food employees and conditional employees to report to the person in charge information about their health as it relates to diseases that are transmissible through food.
3717-1-05.1(O)(2) / Using a handwashing sink - other uses prohibited.
Critical Handwashing sink is being used for purposes other than handwashing. OBSERVED DRAINING DISCARDED MERCHANDISE IN HAND WASH SINK.
To prevent contamination, a handwashing sink may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION, HAND WASH SINK MUST ONLY BE USED FOR HAND WASHING. Correct By: 24-Jan-2018

Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on the premises. OBSERVED LARGE AMOUNT OF CLUTTER IN PREMISES. REMOVE UNECCESARY ITEMS TO PREVENT CLUTTER.
The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the FSO or RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter.
