Improper storage of food items. OBSERVED COOKING OIL STORED ON THE FLOOR UNDERNEATH THE HANDWASHING SINK.

Cutting blocks or boards cannot be effectively cleaned and sanitized. OBSERVED SANDWHICH PREP TABLE CUTTING BOARD SCORCHED, AND WITH DEEP GROVES. PIC STATED THAT THE ENTIRE BOARD WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE.

II - P - Good Hygienic Practices: Food employee was demonstrating good hygiene practices. OBSERVED ALL FOOD EMPLOYEES WEARING HAIR RESTRAINTS WHILE WORKING WITH FOOD AND IN THE KITCHEN FACILITY.


III - P - Preventing Contamination by Hands: Hand washing facilities are properly supplied. OBSERVED ALL HAND WASHING SINKS STOCKED WITH PAPER TOWELS, AND SOAP.


VII - Protection from Contamination: Observed improper storage of food items. OBSERVED COOKING OIL STORED UNDERNEATH HAND WASHING SINK. TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION ALL FOOD ITEMS SHALL BE STORED AT LEAST SIX INCHES OFF THE GROUND. PIC PLACED COOKING OIL ON TOP OF CRATES DURING THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION.
