Repeat Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. OBSERVED THE FOLLOWING NONFOOD CONTACT SURFACES WITH DEBRIS: THE EXTERIOR OF THE DEEP FRYER THE STORAGE SHELVING IN THE FOOD PREP AREA, THOROUGHLY CLEAN AND MAINTAIN IN A CLEAN AND SANITARY MANNER.
