THOROUGHLY CLEAN AND SANITIZE TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION WHICH CAUSES FOODBORNE ILLNESS. THE PERSON IN CHARGE IMMEDIATELY WASHED, RINSED AND SANITIZED THE CAN OPENER AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
