| In regards to the complaint investigation compliant findings at this time of inspection based on observed and discussion with the manager for the pest control. A thorough extensive inspection of all surface throughout the Food Service operation presented no evidence of rodent activity at time of inspection. Ecolab exterminating also is currently providing a monthly pest control service in the Food Service operation. Sausage link cool down was observed at 158 degrees fahrenheit with cold holding slice tomatoes at 40 degrees fahrenheit indicating a good temperature control in tcs, (time control safety), food monitoring.
