TO EXERCISE ACTIVE MANAGERIAL CONTROL OVER THE FOOD SERVICE OPERATION, THE PIC SHALL COMPLY WITH THE CODE BY HAVING NO CRITICAL VIOLATIONS DURING THE CURRENT INSPECTION.
