Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being cold held at the proper temperature.OBSERVED THE FOLLWING ITEMS WERE BEING HELD AT 72 DEGREES. 3 CARTONS OF EGGS, 17 PACKS OF CHICKEN WRAP,2 CARTONS OF SOUR CREAM. 2 CARTONS ,5 PACKS OF TURKEY KIELBASA, 11 CONTAINERS OD CHICKEN SALAD,AND 5 PACKS OF SLICE CHEESE. IN ORDER TO PREVENT A POSSIBLE FOOD BORNE ILLNESS ALL TCS FOOD MUST BE HELD AT 41 DEGREES OR BELOW FOR COLD STORAGE. ( SEE VOLUNTARY DESTRUCTION FORM)
