Handwashing sink water below 100°F. OBSERVED THE HOT WATER AT 75 DEGREES F AT THE HANDWASHING SINK IN THE DISHWASHING/GRILL AREA.

Comments
REVIEWED THE HACCP PLAN AT TIME OF INSPECTION. RECORDS WERE NOT MAINTAINED AND THE HACCP PLAN WAS INCOMPLETE. THE OPERATOR STATED THAT THE HACCP PLAN/LOGS WERE REVISED AND HE WANTED THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO REVIEW THE HACCP PLAN PRIOR TO IMPLEMENTING THE NEW PROCESS.
