Critical Corrected During Inspection OBSERVED APPLES WERE STORED UNWRAPPED IN A BOWL WHERE INDIVIDUALS TO GRAB THEM FOR SELF-SERVICE. TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINTION THAT CAN CAUSE A FOODBORNE ILLNESS, THE APPLES MUST BE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED WHEN IN A FRUIT BOWL AVAIABLE FOR SELF-SERVICE. THE SANITIARIAN INSTRUCTED THE PIC TO STORE THE ALWAYS WRAP THE APPLES INDIVIDUALLY PRIOR TO PLACING THEM INTO A BOWL FOR SELF-SERVICE.
