| Received a complaint stating Complainant stated there is a mattress and a couch in the middle of the dinning room. Looks like someone is living in the restaurant. Sanitarian observed and discussed the above with management whom was unaware this is a Health concern to the Public regarding Food Safety. Note: staff immediately fully removed the mattress bedding from the dining and Food Service area. In addition, the couch and two chairs will be either removed or enclosed with durable plastic for proper cleaning and sanitizing to ensure complete Public Food Safety. |
