Equipment not approved by a recognized testing agency. OBSERVED NONCOMMERCIAL INSIGNIA FRIDGE/FREEZER, GE MICROWAVE, AND BELLA ESSENTIALS ELECTRIC GRIDDLE IN KITCHEN. AS THESE ITEMS ARE NOT COMMERCIAL, THEY WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED WITH COMMERCIAL EQUIPMENT BEARING NSF OR EQUIVALENT SANITATION CERTIFICATION.

Three-compartment sink not available for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing of utensils. OBSERVED PRIMARY KITCHEN TO HAVE A TOTAL OF THREE SINKS. AT LEAST FOUR SINKS ARE REQUIRED INCLUDING A DEDICATED HANDWASHING SINK AND A THREE COMPARTMENT SINK FOR PROPER WASHING, RINSING, AND SANITIZING OF DISHES OR UTENSILS.
