SANITARIAN MET WITH THE OWNER AND WENT OVER ITEMS THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED IN ORDER TO ALLOW THE RESTAURANT TO OPEN. ALL LIGHT BULBS SHALL HAVE A CLEAN PROTECTIVE COVER OVER ITEM. ALL POWER OUTLETS SHALL BE COVERED. ALL UNNECESSARY AND INOPERABLE EQUIPMENT MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES.LIGHTING INTENSITY SHALL BE AT THE CORRECT CANDLE LEVELS.FOR THE PARTICULAR AREA BEING LIT. THREE COMPARTMENT SINK AND HANDWASHING SINKS SHALL BE SEALED TO THE WALL.ALL MISSING CEILING TILES AND DAMAGE CEILING TILES MUST BE REPLACED. FLOOR COVING MUST BE PRESENT THROUGHOUT BOTH KITCHENS. ALL FLOORS, WALLS, AND CEILING TILES SHALL BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. BOTH OUT OPENINGS (REAR DOORS) SHALL BE PROTECTED FROM RODENTS/INSECTS ENTERING PREMISES. ALL POTS, PANS, DISHWARE, ETC. MUST BE STORED INVERTED
