Critical Corrected During Inspection Unapproved chemical sanitizer used on food contact surfaces. OBSERVED SANITIZER IN THREE-COMPARTMENT SINK TO BE GREATER THAN 400PPM. TO PREVENT CHEMICAL CONTAMINATION TO FOOD CONTACT SURFACES OF EQUIPMENT AND UTENSIL, THE PERSON IN CHARGE SHOULD ENSURE ALL SANITIZER USED FOR SANITIZING FOOD CONTACT SURFACES ARE TESTED AND MEASURED TO BE BETWEEN 200-400PPM WHEN USING QUAT SANITIZING SOLUTION.
PERSON IN CHARGE REMOVED SANITIZER FROM SERVICE AND EDUCATED CREW MEMBER ON CORRECT PROCEDURE FOR MAKING AND TESTING SANITIZER FOR SAFETY.
