3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Corrected During Inspection Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty. OBSERVED A BUILD-UP OF FOOD PARTICLES ON THE (INSIDE) TOP OF THE MICROWAVE.
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. THE UNIT WAS CLEANED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.

3717-1-04.4(A)(2) / Equipment components kept intact, tight, and adjusted
Equipment components are not intact, tight or properly adjusted. OBSERVED A LOOSE GASKET IN THE REACH IN COOLER IN THE STORAGE ROOM NEXT TO THE KITCHEN.
Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. REPAIR THE GASKET IN ORDER TO PREVENT POSSIBLE PEST/RODENT ENTRANCE AND POSSIBLE TEMPERATURE LOSS.
3717-1-06.4(N) / Maintaining premises - unnecessary items and litter.
Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on the premises. OBSERVED HIGH GRASS AND WEEDS BESIDE THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.
The premises shall be free of Items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the FSO or RFE such as equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used and litter. MAINTAIN THE GRASS AREA TO AVOID POSSIBLE PEST/RODENT ACTIVITY.
