Comments
In regards to the complaint investigation compliant findings at this time of inspection based on observation and discussion with staff. CDPH informed by staff and observed a designated food preparation location for a food handler whom prepares raw meat and is strictly excluded from breakfast food location at all times. Staff also informed the food products for preparation and serving consisting of eggs and pancakes is never in contact with a food handler hands. The utensils which are used at all times as well as the counter tops are continuously sanitized with the observed wiping cloth and sanitizer bucket nearby. In communication CDPH informed there has been no food handler employees recently ill or calling off for duration of the week April 7th to April 13th. In addition, all tcs food products are observed at the cold holding, cold storage, and hot holding required temperature range at the time of inspection.
