| I DID OBSERVE UNOPEN CONDIMENTS PACKETS REUSED. SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND FOOD EMPLOYEES AND TOLD THEM THIS CAN BE A SOURCE OF CROSS CONTAMINATION TO STOP USING THIS PRACTICE. THE MANAGER AGREED AND THE PRACTICE WAS NOT USED AFTER SPEAKING TO THE MANAGER. |
