Note: CDPH informed by staff new menus are already in process to indicate each item to the current diclosure which is advising consumers of the risk of consuming raw or undercooked animal foods can cause a foodborne illness.

Comments
In regards to the follow-up to the recent complaint investigation compliant findings at this time of inspection based on observed and discussion with staff and the owner. Note: near the rear entrance door the previous wall holes were completely resealed as well as all locations which included customer seating ledges and floor areas have complete removal of previous rodent droppings. In discussion one additional re-inspection will be completed to confirm the full complete elimination of rodent activity.
