| In regards to the follow-up to the recent complaint investigation compliant findings at this time of inspection based on observed and discussion with staff and the owner. Note: near the rear entrance door the previous wall holes were completely resealed as well as all locations which included customer seating ledges and floor areas have complete removal of previous rodent droppings. In discussion one additional re-inspection will be completed to confirm the full complete elimination of rodent activity. Note: Ecolab exterminating is providing the monthly exterminating applications and is available at: 1-800-325-1671. |
