THE PIC(PERSON IN CHARGE) VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED (SEE VOLUNTARY DESTRUCTION FORM) ALL TORTILLIA CHIPS AND CLEANED AND SANITIZED THE CHIP HOLDING UNIT AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.
