TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION THAT MAY CAUSE A FOODBORNE ILLNESS, THE HANDWASHING SINK SHALL BE USED FOR HANDWASHING ONLY.

Critical Corrected During Inspection Utensils and food-contact surfaces of equipment not sanitized at the required frequency. OBSERVED BABY BOTTLES AND PLATEWARE NOT BEING SANITIZED IN THE INFANT AREA. TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION, FOOD CONTACT SURFACES SHALL BE SANITIZED AFTER CLEANING AND BEFORE USE.

OBSERVED EGGS ON THE MENU BUT THERE WERE NO EGGS AT THE FACILITY. SPOKE TO THE PERSON IN CHARGE ABOUT USING PASTEURIZED EGGS WHEN SERVING A HIGHLY SUSCEPTIBLE POPULATION.
