SANITARIAN INSTRUCTED THE PIC TO SECURE SIGNATURES OF EMPLOYEES ON A SHIFT WITH A COMMITMENT TO PROVIDE POLICY COPIES FOR ALL BACK-OF-HOUSE (BOH) EMPLOYEES.

SANITARIAN INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE (PIC) TO REMOVE ALL OF THE ITEMS WHICH IMPEDE ACCESS TO THE HAND SINK.
