OBSERVED FOOD EMPLOYEE HANDWASHING IN A THREE - COMPARTMENT SINK. TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION BY HANDS, FOOD EMPLOYEE SHALL CLEAN THEIR HANDS (NOT A SINK USED FOR FOOD PREPARATION) IN A HANDWASHING SINK. SANITARIAN INSTRUCTED THE FOOD EMPLOYEE TO PROPER HANDWASHING.

TO PREVENT PATHOGENS TO SPREAD, RODENTS AND OTHER PEST SHALL BE CONTROLLED TO MINIMIZE THERE PRESENCE TO INSPECT INCOMING SHIPMENTS OF FOOD, SUPPLIES, AND THE PREMISES.
