Critical Repeat Improper temperature of wash solution in mechanical warewasher. The wash temperature is 90F. Discontinue using until the wash temperature is 120F.

Critical Repeat Insufficient air gap between the flood rim and the water supply inlet. The spray nozzle for the dishwasher hangs below the flood rim.
