Non-durable equipment observed. OBSERVED A COOLER HOLDING AT 49 DEGREES F FOR ALMOST AN HOUR. THE COOLER WAS ABLE TO GO DOWN TO 34 DEGREES F BUT THEN JUMPED BACK UP TO 50 DEGREES F IN A MATTER OF A FEW MINUTES. PIC WAS UNSURE HOW LONG THE DEFROST CYCLE LASTED. TCS FOOD WHICH TEMPED AT 43 DEGREES F WAS MOVED TO ANOTHER COOLER HOLDING AT 36 DEGREES F.

RFE license not posted in the facility. OBSERVED NO LICENSE HANGING IN THE FACILITY. OBTAIN A COPY OF THE FOOD LICENSE FROM THE HOME OFFICE OR THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND DISPLAY IT AT ALL TIMES.
