VI - P - TCS Food: Raw animal food was being cooked to the required temperature. OBSERVED CHICKEN BEING COOKED TO THE REQUIRED TEMPERATURE.

III - Preventing Contamination by Hands: Observed no supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder or bar soap at the handwashing sink(s). OBSERVED NO SOAP AT THE BACK HANDWASHING SINK. IN ORDER TO PROMOTE GOOD HAND HYGIENE, SOAP SHOULD ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE AT THE HANDWASHING SINKS. A FOOD EMPLOYEE PLACED SOAP AT THE SINK.

VI - P - TCS Food: Observed ready to eat TCS foods being properly date marked, and discarded when required. OBSERVED ITEMS IN THE COOLER AND PREP COOLERS WERE PROPERLY DATEMARKED.
