Critical Repeat Improper temperature of wash solution in mechanical warewasher. The bar dishwasher had a wash temperature of 97F. Discontinue using until the wash temperature is 120F.

The gaskets for the refrigeration units have been ordered, dumpster lids have been ordered, the thermometer for the dishwasher is being moved. HACCP plans were provided. Establishment may now ROP items where there is a HACCP plan. The establishment has made substantial improvement from the last inspection. Thank you.

VI - P - TCS Food: Observed hot foods being held at 135°F or above; cold foods being held at 41°F or below.
