Critical Corrected During Inspection Food equipment surfaces not cleaned at required frequency. OBSERVED THE CUTTING BOARDS ON THE LINE NOT BEING WASHED, RINSED AND SANITIZED BETWEEN USES.THOROUGHLY CLEAN AND SANITIZED TO PREVENT CROSS CONTAMINATION WHICH CAUSES FOODBORNE ILLNESS. THE PERSON IN CHARGE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED THE CUTTING BOARDS AND WASHED, RINSED AND SANITIZED THE CUTTING BOARDS AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
