I - P - Employee Health: The operation had an employee health policy on file. OBSERVED AN EMPLOYEE HEALTH POLICY ON FILE. FOOD EMPLOYEES ARE REQUIRED TO REPORT INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR HEALTH AS IT RELATES TO ILLNESSES THAT CAN BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH FOOD.

VI - TCS Food: Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods held refrigerated for more than 24 hours were not properly date marked. OBSERVED BEANS NOT DATEMARKED IN THE WALK IN COOLER.
