Critical Corrected During Inspection TCS foods not being hot held at the proper temperature. The beef was 90F and the black beans were 103F in the autosham. Items were reheated. (CCP)

Critical Corrected During Inspection Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked. The beef was dated 10/11 and discard date was marked 10/18. Only have 6 calendar dates. (CCP)

Fixed equipment not properly sealed or spaced for cleaning. The handsink and the three compartment sinks are not sealed to the wall.
