To prevent foodborne illness, food temperature measuring devices shall be provided and readily accessible for use.

Floors, walls, and/or ceilings were not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed broken floor tiles throughout Bar.
Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Replace all broken floor tiles, which could be a tripping hazard, throughout Bar where necessary.
