| In regards to the follow-up to the recent complaint investigation compliant findings at this time of inspection based on observed and discussion with staff and the owner. A thorough inspection of all locations to include under the bread loaves racks presented observations of possible rodent activity at this time of inspection. Note: Ecolab exterminating is providing the monthly exterminating applications and is available at: 1-800-325-1671. |
