3717-1-04.5(A)(1) / Cleanliness of equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils.
Critical Equipment food-contact surfaces or utensils are dirty. Entire food prep., kitchen area is very dusty, dirty,and sloppy.
To prevent contamination, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Entire food prep., kitchen area needs to be thoroughly washed and cleaned. This kitchen is not presently functional so all work will have to be clean, sanitary and functional before Spring Season opening.

Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils were not being sanitized.
Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be sanitized. After a thorough wash and clean of entire food prep./kichen area, sanitizee all food prep. surfaces before use.
3717-1-06.1(A) / Floors, walls, and ceilings.
Floors, walls, and/or ceilings were not smooth and easily cleanable. Observed vstainerd, missing light covers in food prep. area.
Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Repair orv replace aold, stained, broken, missing light covers throughout Marina where necessary.
