| In regards to the complaint investigation compliant in findings at this time of inspection based on observation and discussion with staff. Management informs documentation is available for three workers whom have asthma. Note: the three workers have agreed to wear masks when moving around in the store and are continuously communicated to do so in an effort to ensure public safety. In addition, please note upon communication with management if a customer is spotted without proper facial covering a mask is provided by La Plaza supermarket personnel. |
