OBSERVED RAW CHICKEN AT 61 DEGREES INSIDE THE REACH IN COOLER AND MILK CREAMER AT 44 DEGREES .FOOD MUST BE HELD AT 41 DEGREES OR BELOW DURING COLD HOLDING STORAGE TO PREVENT BACTERIA GROWTH. PERSON IN CHARGE IMMEDIATELY DISCARDED THE RAW CHICKEN AND MILK CREAMER.
