III - P - Preventing Contamination by Hands: Hand washing facilities are properly supplied. OBSERVED BOTH THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM HANDWASHING SINKS ARE PROPERLY SUPPLIED WITH SOAP, PAPER TOWELS, AND HANDWASHING SIGN.

X - P - Chemical: Toxic materials are properly identified and stored. OBSERVED ALL CHEMICALS ARE STORED IN A DESIGNATED AREA AWAY FROM FOOD, DISHWARE, AND UTENSILS.

VI - P - TCS Food: Observed hot foods being held at 135°F or above; cold foods being held at 41°F or below. OBSERVED RICE HOT HOLDING AT 157 DEGREES F AND HUMMUS COLD HOLDING AT 41 DEGREES F.
